Privacy Policy
This site is operated by CIDAH Ltd. This policy covers the website only — engagements are governed by their own written terms.
1. Who operates this site
This website is operated by CIDAH Ltd. (סידה בע"מ), 3 HaHaskala St., Tel Aviv 6789003, Israel. Enquiries about this policy may be sent to info@cidah.ai.
2. What we collect
The site collects personal information only when you choose to send it — your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. There is no form on this site that submits to us silently, and there is no account, login or profile.
The site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking. See the cookie notice for what is stored in your browser.
3. Why it is held
Information you send is used to answer you, to establish whether we are able to take the matter on — including checking for conflicts — and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Material sent to us in error
Do not send confidential or sensitive material through this site before an engagement is agreed in writing. Material received before that point is not subject to any duty of confidence we have not yet undertaken. If you send something in error, tell us and we will delete it.
5. How long it is kept
Correspondence is retained only for as long as it serves the purpose above or is required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 (in force since August 2025), you may review information held about you, ask that inaccurate information be corrected or deleted, and be told the purpose of the database holding it. Requests go to info@cidah.ai and are handled within the periods the law prescribes.
7. Security
We apply organisational and technical safeguards consistent with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. The site is served over HTTPS with a strict transport policy and a content-security policy.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The review date shown below reflects the current version.
