Using this site, or sending a message through it, creates no professional or advisory relationship of any kind.

Where members of the team hold legal qualifications, those qualifications describe their background. They are not offered here as legal services, and no lawyer–client relationship arises through this site.

3. Engagements

Work is undertaken only under a written engagement signed by both sides, which sets its own scope, terms and limits. An enquiry is not an engagement, and we are free to decline a matter without giving reasons.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning this site.
