Hila Cohen
Dispute & Special Situations Analyst
Turns scattered material into a chronology that holds — the work everything downstream depends on.
Background
Hila Cohen builds the evidentiary record: reviewing source material, establishing sequence, running open-source research and preparing structured material for disputes and investigations. It is the layer where a case is either made or quietly lost, and it is deliberately unglamorous work done to a fixed standard.
She came to CIDAH from a multinational corporate-intelligence firm, where she worked as an analyst — the same discipline applied at commercial scale. Before that her background covers complex disputes, white-collar matters and special situations.
Her earlier career includes Herzog Fox & Neeman (2023–2025) and Balter Guth Aloni | Ne'eman Keynan, and seven years in the Prime Minister's Office as Assistant Head of Division and professional desk officer (2011–2018). She holds an LL.B. from Ono Academic College.
