Background
Tamar Maoz Knaz is CIDAH's Chief Compliance Officer. She sets the boundaries the intelligence work runs inside — lawful collection, data handling, conflict screening and the escalation path for mandates that should be refused — and she owns the record that shows each boundary held.
Her domain expertise is securities and financial regulation, corporate governance and the reporting obligations of public companies. That background covers regulatory engagement with the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, alongside workforce policy, internal procedure and the drafting of the documents that govern how an organisation actually behaves.
Her career includes partnership at Herzog Fox & Neeman (2023–2026) and at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne'eman Keynan (2020–2023), and earlier roles at a Top-25 Israeli firm and at N|T|K & Co. She holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University.
