Philippe Lipschutz
Chief Innovation Officer
Builds what the analysts use — and holds the privacy discipline that decides what the system is allowed to hold.
Background
Philippe Lipschutz is CIDAH's Chief Innovation Officer. He owns how the intelligence work is built: the tooling, the collection pipeline and the standards a finding must meet before it reaches a client. Where a method cannot be shown to be lawful and reproducible, it does not ship.
He holds professional credentials in privacy and data protection — EXIN certification and DPO training through Tel Aviv University's Faculty of Law — which anchors the data-protection discipline the platform is built against. His transactional expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, financing and investment structures and cross-border matters, with earlier exposure to tenders, project finance, infrastructure and energy.
His career includes partnership at Herzog Fox & Neeman (2023–2026) and earlier roles at Balter Guth Aloni | Ne'eman Keynan, Levy Meidan & Co. and M. Firon & Co. He holds an LL.B. from the Academic Center for Law and Science.
